Yes, I do. Pick up is available on weekdays 9am - 5pm from my studio, in Corrimal, or from the Glebe Markets 10am - 4pm most Saturdays. Please contact me via email to organise a pickup date and time.

All products are food safe and can, with some care, be used in the oven, microwave and dishwasher. Handwashing is recommended for longevity.

Sudden changes in temperature (e.g. from freezer to oven) are likely to cause thermal shock, which will damage your ceramic piece.

All pieces are made using mid-fire stoneware clay. Stoneware is more durable than other kinds of clay and is fired at high temperatures, making it nonporous and resistant to liquids.

All domestic orders have a flat fee of $15AUD for standard shipping. Postage charges are additional to the retail price and will be added upon checkout.

At the moment shipping can be only arranged within Australia.

All products are safely packaged and all precautions to protect the pieces during transport are taken. If for any reason the product is damaged during transit, please notify me via email (ceramika.bytassia@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving your package along with a picture of the damage as evidence. I will be rectifying the situation as soon as possible.

If you receive your product and it's broken, please get in touch and we will find a solution for the situation. Refunds, returns and exchanges are not available due to change of mind.

You should keep your arrangement out of direct sunlight and avoid humid places such as the bathroom. They will last longer in cool and dry areas. Do not water or mist.
