How long does my order take to ship?

Your package will be posted within 3 business days of receiving the order (excluding made to order items). The delivery timeline will depend on your location. You will receive an email receipt once your item has been shipped and with that you may find the estimated delivery timeline through courier's website. Please allow up to 5 business days for Standard Shipping.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At the moment shipping can be only arranged within Australia.

What is your return policy? 

All pieces are safely packaged and all precautions to protect the products during transport are taken. If for any reason the product is damaged during transit, please notify me via email (ceramika.bytassia@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving your package along with a picture of the damage as evidence. I will be rectifying the situation as soon as possible.

Refunds, returns and exchanges are not available due to change of mind. Please be mindful that everything is handmade and slight variances will occur.

Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
